I made this guy up while at a Speech and Debate tournament (those things have lots of down time). He's part of a half-formed story in my head where he's an experiment made by some scientists and they're counting down to exp000 which will be the perfect experiment . . . sounds kinda lame to me, too . . . but hey, he was fun to draw.
