Description
Since I've been doing so many copic drawings lately, I thought I'd redo my first one ever! Palkia! I was really happy with the old one, which was done in 2011, but holy crap have I gotten better at copics since then! And at drawing in general! A quick list of differences:

- The line of action is better on the new one, giving the piece a more dynamic, ready-to-lunge feel.
- The head shape on the old one makes the expression feel a bit passive, plus it doesn't feel as 3D.
- The pearl-holding shoulder discs are misshapen on the old one, and the arm bracers are off-model.
- I had no idea what I was doing when I shaded the pearl on the old one.
- The lower body feels awkwardly stretched on the old one, and the leg attachment isn't as solid.
- I didn't know how the pattern on the feet went (and the tail is wrong too.)
- There was no hue shifting in the original. The skin was shaded with grey markers only, whereas the new one has purple in the shadows and peach in the highlights, giving the skin a pearlescent look.
