Blah, I started this one two months ago but only got around to finishing it just recently.After getting hooked on RNG abuse and hatching several Shiny Riolu in my Diamond game, I decided to do a pixel art of a Shiny Lucario. I tried to go for a really dynamic pose and shading style. It took me a long time to finalize a color scheme, since the unusual yellow color was tricky to hue shift without looking weird.
I don't like his left paw (our right) very much, and the shading on the legs looks a bit meh to me. Still, other than that this is by far my favorite of my pixel arts.

I had a shiny lvl. 100 Lucario then stupidly traded it for a shiny lvl. 73 lugia whick is now lvl. 97

In short, it's a method of doing very specific in-game actions to successfully predict what numbers the game will generate (thereby predicting what stats a Pokemon will have or whether it will be shiny).

Heh, yup, it definitely works in 4th gen. It's more complicated than in the 3rd gen, but with practice, much easier to manipulate.

All the information can be found there. It starts out with a lot of complicated technical aspects, but there are tutorials further down. I really ought to get around to making my own tutorial, though, since I've found a lot of tricks that have helped me out that none of those guides mention.
