Sora is an elf like the main characters in the movie, but rather than just turn him blue and give him pointed ears I changed the outfit as well. His clothes are largely based on Ian's but with Barley's bands and his own coat and necklace. The colour scheme was changed to match sora's

Goofy is a dragon. As in the film dragons are like dogs I thought it made sense for goofy to be a dragon in this world. I tried changing his clothes a little too so he has cargo trousers and the puffy vest the dad "wears".

Donald is a gnome, no real reason behind this one I just thought itd be funny. Again I tried to make the clothes fit the suburban theme on the film so he's not got the same kind as shirt as the manticore but with donald's colours.
