I finally finished my submission for
It's NekoChanTheKitty 's Sailor Concordiae.
I had a lot of fun working on this.
I used this as a reference for the colours and the design:

Aaah, she came out so pretty! I love the sparkles on her wings, and the colors and everything looks so smooth~
