Description This is my new chara Lucy Fer. It's for a book thingy that my friends and I are going to make :I

Lucy is the dictator in the story.

BTW: I draw side views differently than if I were to draw my regular pics in profile. SO IT'S NOT A NEW ART STYLE, IT'S JUST THE WAY I DRAW IN SIDE VIEWS D:<

For the sketch, I used autodesk sketchbook pro and for the final product ((lineart and coloring)), I used Illust studio. ((For the watermark I always use photoshop))
