Description This pic takes place the night after the Dark Tournament was won by team Urameshi. Despite his exhaustion, Yusuke is
unable to sleep and reflects while watching Kuwabara recuperate from his own wounds.


Recalling thier rivalry that seemed to exist so long ago, how it slowly evolved to a sort-of respect after his resurretion,
finally becoming a friendship stronger than he could have ever imagined. Of how this strange relationship may never
have begun if not for his death....and how quickly it may have ended had the earlier battles ended differently.

Is this a shonen-ai picture? Maybe, maybe not. I'll let you make that call.

Thanks, I tried to make the picture more interesting with the angle. Straight on perspective can get a little dull sometimes. Glad you liked it.

I thought he'd died for real too! Though, I can only see YYH on DVD's, so I just went to the next episode. xD;

But yeah, I thought it sucked that Yusuke seemed to automatically forget Kuwabara was HURT, even if he could stand. And WTF, no wound, no bleeding, no SCAR?! Hardly even a mention of the event after the tournament was done. NOT COOL.

This pic made me feel better though. <3 Glad you like it.

Eee! I lurve how you did Kuwabara in the front, in that curled up pose, and how Yusuke's looking on! The cool colors and the dark shading makes Yusuke more ponderous, and I like how you did Kuwa's bandages.

Yay, you actually got the reason with Yusuke being darker shaded!

And if you're talking about the blood on the bandages, that was actually a last minute addition to the picture. I originally had the bandages clean and white; I'm glad I changed my mind. ^_^
