I don't know if they are canon. I think you never see their ears in the webcomic.. I just thought it would be cute. And many people draw it that way.. (I still could be wrong, maybe it really is canon and I just haven't noticed..XD )

Oh yeah. You're right, we never see the trolls' ears, not even in hussnasty. I sort of envision them with normal ears though, just a personal preference XD your troll ears are still cute though

Okay, I've read Acts 1 and 2 so far, so at least I know who Dave is now [and I love him]. XD It's going to take me a while to catch up so I might comment on this again later. But for now, I think your chibis are adorable and look very much like the characters that they are supposed to be.

Well, now I've just gotten through the silly intermission after Act 3. I'm going to start Act 4 once after I post this. You're right though, the story in Homestuck is a lot better than the story in Problem Sleuth.
At the end of every Act, I keep thinking, "holy crap, this is awesome." For such a silly comic, it has a lot of substance. I love it! Needs more "haunting piano refrain" though. XD
Anyway, Dave is the best. I might draw fanart of him and his bro. And the puppets. Oh GOD the puppets. XD
