A lot of girls hate me for this, but I have a metabolism that's faster than a cheetah.  I eat whatever I want, but I'm also pretty picky, so I eat a lot of chicken.  But mainly the muscles are from me dancing.

Yup it's an amazing work out.  When I first started I did the easiest moves and couldn't walk the next day.
