Well friend to be quite honest I doodled this on my iPad because I didn't have access to an actual computer at the time, the app I used is called Adobe Ideas. I haven't used the app in a while but when I used it there weren't really any brush options, just a hard pen with a size and opacity option (no thickness by pressure, no softness, no pencil or graphite tool).

Eh, not really, I don't really ship characters in Don't Starve, or in general, come to think of it. I don't know, it seems like the kind of world where romance isn't really needed in the story. I think of the theme as more of a solitary picture than one that would be developed with human relationships. It's more of a "man vs nature" "man vs self" kinda thing. Idk, just my opinion.
