I'm not usually a sketch uploader but I won't have much time to finish him right now ^_^So uploaditiy it is.
Well to me it is definately a guy.
As for the rest if you are a gal then its a he.
If you are a guy then it's a she
"He" started out as a doodle but being influenced by Count D(pet shop of horrors) and the /sexy/ Fuan(Under the glass moon)
My fascination for androgenous chinese males has been increasing to a dangerous level...
