I tried a few pages that adapted one style or the other closer to the design of the other universe, but it didn't work. Removing the detail from ME-verse made it look bland, and adding detail to the TFA-verse took away its simplistic charm.

The best mix? Was to do it as it is. XD

That was the best mix. I prefer crossovers that kept the style of original shows. Look at the Lilo and Stitch crossover eps. Lilo and Stitch's design wasn't changed one iota whereas the visiting character retained their style and shape.

Another prime example is Jeff Smith's Bone series. The main characters, Bones, look like something from a Disney cartoon whereas the other characters and their surroundings look like they could come from Lord of the Rings comic.

I'm really hoping that I can keep up the level of quality I seem to have achieved so far with the comic, though it's pretty tricky. I rather like keeping the styles separate, as it also helps to create a gap that readers can identify, making a visual indication of the vast difference between these two cultures that are clashing, possibly very violently, out in the far reaches of the galaxy.

I love drawing asari far mroe than I ought to. They're such a fanservice race, but damn if they're not fun.
