Simple blobs makes such the difference, considering you always make an effort with your backgrounds and every picture I am in love with this. Also, taking into account that I cannot even do "simple" backgrounds as detailed as this make this picture even more atractive! I think you are the only person who always gets her markings spot on, I often have to mention it to the artist, I really admire your attention to detail!
What I've also noticed is the way you draw eyes, I'm actually applying that to my newest drawing, thanks

I've just started drawing background though, I haven't the confidence or experience to make good backgrounds, unlike you. Nu, I'm going to draw her or (if you have a human character) I'll draw a little something for you. No, Im not, I've drawn... what 4 background in my whole art life? (two years) so I haven't much to show for it. What are you actually basing "your backgounds look wonderful" note on? lul. No, I asked for a reference, I am sick of drawing animals, really -__-

Well, from what I have seen from the pieces you have submitted, I like them. They're a lot more advanced than I started out. Like this: [link] . That's something I would have killed to be able to do for 'only having drawn about four backgrounds'. That's really good, however simple it is.
