Just really miss snow and thought I'd make this cutie. I started with the idea of powdered snow but my obsession with markings took over so now they're SHINING. EDIT: IT SNOWED!!!!

Base: I STRAIGH UP CANNOT FIND THE ORIGINAL ARTIST. I have tried image searching, scrolling through my favs, & everything under the sun! I always fav the bases I use so either I some how didn't (I never do that) or the artist has removed this piece from DA.
