Also inspired by Gustav Klimt's "Judith", and the song "Worms" by Lolly Jane Blue.

Did you paint this on a canvas? Stupid question, I know, but it's just so good and I was wondering. There really isn't enough Molly love out there and I'm so glad I came across this!

Yeah, it's pretty much one of my favourite stories in this fandom too -- rosa_acicularis created such a strong female character, what's there not to love about her?
To answer your question, I'm afraid it's not on a canvas, I painted it on some kind of thick granulous paper, a bit like the kind for watercolours. As for the type of paint, it's gouache. ^^

I know! Molly the simpering idiot makes me quite cross. I do like to think that she's hiding her inner BAMFness from Sherlock just like in that story, because otherwise I think I might cry. AND I WANT HER TO COME BACK IN THE SECOND SERIES.
Thank you for answering my question! I simply adore the way you've shaded and highlighted Sherlock's head. I must say it's my favourite part of the painting. I still can't get over that you painted this.
