I was inspired by watching a video of a flamenco dancer perform on Youtube and thought the dancing style suited her. Maybe I'll do a complimentary piece of Julian later.

I've had this particular piece sitting around for about 3 monthes, waiting to be finished. It was a gift for that I had got around to finishing up for her birthday.

I'm so thrilled to see the finished product, it's my first hardcore illustration using mostly copic markers. I think I literally spent days just trying to get the shading of her dress just right. Today I spent a few good hours nit-picking over small details, like her pearls & nails, and doing the background.

Everything is intentional, except for the two green smugdes and one red smudge. I was going to remove them in PS but I don't have my tablet on me at the moment and they don't bother me a whole lot so it can wait. I didn't even have to color correct it, ~BunnyTStar 's scanner works so lovely.

Tools: Copic markers, watercolor & acrylic paint, salt, paper towel, white out

Time: Lost track, don't care, never rush your deviations
