Because killing spiders is the most important thing to do during an apocalypse.
Did this up for Nintendo’s MM contest. It didn’t win, but I had a blast getting to draw LoZ again! So here it is: a gold skulltula (with the clock’s symbols on it) stuck to Link’s face.
