There isn't a pattern, since I don't use patterns for sewing. Sorry >.<

I used wood, air drying modelling clay and color ^^ Was quite some work, but it was worth it.

It's actually pretty handy. You can shape it quite easily, it drys the way you did it and you can sand it afterwards. At least the clay you can get in Germany ^^''

There are different clays, so it differs. Some are lighter, some break more easily.
The one I prefer is called "Efaplast light". It's light and works well ^^

You should go work for Squaresoft and like make model Keyblades for them and then they could sell them to the world. My question is why they haven't already. im sure tons of people would love to buy a full size offically made Keyblades. People would pay top dollar.

I actually don't think Square Enix is interested in something like that. And I often read about how they don't like cosplayers.. so I don't think they want them to have good keyblades that easily XD
(Although I met 2 designers at gamescom last year and they were really freaking out about my Sora and my friend's Kairi costumes... so maybe there's hope for cosplayers XD)
