My application forPresenting Team Underdog!
EDIT: changed the rank to Pikachu... o3o
Piku: Piku is very timid to say the least. Fighting just isn't in his nature. For him, running away and ignoring his problems seems like the best solution.
That's why you can often see him tucked away in a corner somewhere, trying to forget whatever has happened.
Darren: Darren is almost the complete opposite of Piku, he deals with his problems head on. Often rushing into unnecessary fights. He loves to play the hero, but doesn't like the responsibility that comes with it.
With putting Piku in charge as the leader he hopes to outrun that responsibility. He aims to be a well renowned explorer someday.
How they met:
Piku was being pestered by bullies. Luckily, Darren came to the rescue and saved Piku by fighting the bullies. But not without some injuries.
Grateful as Piku was, he took care of Darren untill he was feeling better. Over time Piku started to get attached to Darren, he started trusting him and saw him as his first true friend.
Darren dreamed of starting up an exploration team.
To show his thanks, Piku proposed to start an exploration team together, with Darren as leader. Darren didn't like the responsibility that would come with being the leader, so he said he would agree, but only if Piku would be the leader.
Piku proposed to join the Rescuers, a guild which he had admired for a long time.
Darren agreed and they set of to their journey...
God, I typed way more than I thought I had...

They're talking about the artist ranks, the better you draw, the higher you can be in rank. You choose this yourself though and I chose Pichu rank...
And those empty slots are for additional team members, you can get those by doing missions.
