Another very much appreciated commission from *angeleyes2480 .
She wanted me to create a special composition featuring herself and a former love that is evocative of the passionate but troubled relationship they shared. She wanted me to include lots of roses and thorns and other aspects that were important to her. It was a real challenge for me to piece together but I am very thankful for her kindness!
I really enjoyed adding the gold splatter to the dark colors. Thank you so much, Angela!

Man! You color pencil work is just aazing! Do you use prismacolors? Those roses are killer, and I love the expression on her face. Amazing!

Thank you! I DO! I use both prismacolor and crayola pencils, as well as both alcohol based and water based markers
