This is day 19 of the new Hey Arnold Creative Ideas ([link] ) 30 Day Drawing Challenge: Draw your favorite Disney scene with Hey Arnold characters

It's the scene where Quasi puts Phoebe and Esmeralda's hands together to indicate he wants them to be together and happy. I'm a HUGE Disney fan, so I don't have just 1 favorite scene. In fact, I have several favorite scenes for each movie, but I picked this one because Hunchback of Notre Dame is my favorite Disney movie ever and of my favorite scenes in that movie this one fits Hey Arnold well.

What I love about this scene is that it indicates Quasi loves Esmeralda so much that he wants her to be happy--even if it's not with him. He actively gives Phoebus and Esmeralda his blessing, and does so with a sincere and sweet smile. I also love how it gives the film another element of realism because the main hero does NOT get the girl at any point even though Esmeralda cares for Quasi and sees all his positive traits. To the best of my knowledge this was the 1st time that happened since even Pocahontas and John Smith had reciprocated feelings.

We all know Brainy loves Helga just as much as Helga loves Arnold. I could see him doing a similar thing (most likely in the Jungle Movie) because he loves Helga so much that he wants her to be happy and knows that Arnold is the one who makes her the happiest.
