Every rpg has an annoying bat enemy right? so got to add this little menace. it is both a bat and a rat, and it's rather rude so. That's where the name "bratty" comes in.

It has a need to always be the center of attention constantly attacking travelers in caves and getting up in your face. It attacks with it's venomous fangs and its wings that feel sharp as knives.
