This was a happy surprise in my inbox. The shading here is actually quite good, especially for the skin (I for one really appreciate the colored shadows that aren't just variations of non-chromatic gray). There's a lot more depth in this piece compared to others, which in turn makes your background while simplistic in the most complicated way possible (water is pain to render ) feel more immersive. Additionally, the turtle is adorable.

Your efforts definitely paid off here.

Yea this drawing took me a while since it was a fullbody with a semi background/setting AND all the shading that I had to figure out with Lucia and the water...
But I do LOVE how it came out >u<
and yus, gotta love the turtle <333
