The title says it all, heh. It took me two days to finish drawing by hand and 2 more days to digitally render it with Photoshop 7. I absolutely love what I did with the lineart this time XDDedicated to all Royai fans still out there. Happy Royai day!
For those who don't know, June 11 is Royai day. We don't really know why Japanese Royai fans chose June 11 as Royai day, but not like it's a bad thing so why not join the celebration as well?

More like, he's upset because Hayate got to "kiss" Riza first before him. Just imagine the priest, at the end of the wedding ceremony, saying, "You may now kiss the bride" (thus the title), and instead of the groom (Roy) kissing her, the pet (Black Hayate) got to give her a kiss first. Heh

it's a pretty awesome pic in general, from fresh coloring job--it's so full of life--to the overall feeling of motion and life. and though the mouth bothers me a little--i think the chin is too small for my tastes, & the mouth a little low down--the expression is SO UTTERLY ROY, it makes up for it. it's just great. i applaud. ^ ^
On a separate note, didn't you have that royai fansite out there for a while? what happened to it? (if it's not you, sorry, wrong person. ><
Aw, dang. just missed royai day then!! i'll have to wait until next year... *sobs*
