They are not giving you an order. They are giving you some tips, you can use them or not. They are not saying it sucks, they did say one good thing about your OC, they are not telling you what to do. This is called constructive criticism, they did not say anything hateful in their opinion that is, all you have to do is say "Thank you." but if you don't want their help all you have to do is say "Hello, I would like it if you didn't post these any more, thank you" I'm sure that they would understand perfectly.
