Aw, Hikaru surprised Akira for Valentines? I wonder what Akira's reaction will be. If you could do a follow-up picture to this, it would be great, but I also like it as a one-shot moment, capturing one second or two...

hahaha~! they make-out and live happily ever afeter with some fights who's better at go from time to time but the make-up sessions are going to be sooo much worth it!@ lol!

I forgot to tell you :0! I got the postcard last week unfortunately there were two stamps right over Akira's face in the little sketch T__T I managed to peel them off so you can see it, but there's still a layer of stamp-gunk over it. Ohwell, at least I can see it now :3

Anyway, the colors on the hair and the face are especially good . And the pose is good (that's just so cute). Your choice of thickness and color in your lineart really frames the colors nicely without being harsh and out of place. The colors themselves are soft too, perfect for the atmosphere and the general attitude/mood of the pic; I also love how you've hidden hikaru's eyes. It makes everything nostalgic and almost a little sad at the same time.. Nice touch with the pattern too! The pattern just adds a certain spark to it for some reason. The background is lovely too- you gotta respect someone who can make backrounds that well without making it look cheesy. It's complicated, but simple and it does the job .

Of COURSE! We all notice them, to be honest- we just don't take the time to type it out. I figured it was time someone told you how awesome your pictures really were instead of just saying, "Cool." and then zooming off to type off angsty journal entries on my own page. You demonstrate a lot of care and love in your images and I don't mind telling you about the little things that really just make the picture good. These comments are your inspiration? Ironic, because your works inspire me to do my best too. I see how good you are and I can't help but try all that much harder.
