This drawing is purely experimental.... in terms of the colors! I've practiced my coloring skill... lol. I don't really know how to blend complementary colors that much... so I guess i was able to yield a good presentation in this one... but not as exactly that i've hoped it will turn out into. Hmmm....Β Anyways, this is a part of a series that I made... which means there are other color combinations that i've played with.
The character that you could see in this artwork is the same character you can see in this artwork, only with slight changes with the color:

I like this piece C; the colors are really eye catching
love the soft background .3.
the anatomy looks good, except for a little things like the shoulders, the right shoulder looks bigger that the left shoulder, her left arm looks thinner.
the hair lookes good, but it looks like you placed the highlight on her hair randomly. same thing about the shading in her skin and the dress.
it looks like that she turned her head in more than 90 degree to the right...humans can't do that.
Anyway, all in all, this is a good piece, you should look for tutorials for the shading and highlights.

The critique up there is quite fair.
Be careful about the anatomy. The arm and the head could be better.
As the person said, the head does not turn that much.
Be careful about the shadding.
Before you start coloring you ALWAYS gotta ask yourself "where is the color coming from? right, left, bottom, top.."
and after that you start making it dark where the light wont hit, and leave it white where the light is stronger (im sure you know that. But the more you tell youself those things, the better the shadding will be).
About the hair i dont see anything wrong there. Its perfect in my opinion.
If possible, re make this piece. It will be very good for you if you can correct the mistakes. It makes u evolve A LOT.
Thats just my personal opinion though.
Your other works are outstanding so i thought i should point what i agree with the critique.
