This is a contest entry for the contest here: xxshilo-chanxx.deviantart.com/… hosted by XxShilo-chanxX and XxNemi-ChanxXIt took me 3 days to work on this.. but I did enjoy working on this because of the colorful elements which are fire, earth, water and air, that I was able to paint on! It's been sooo long since I've drawn something so colorful.
I used poster paints and colored pencils (for the finishing) and slightly cleaned on Adobe PS3 (the white latex paint that I used was dirty).

I want to thank every single one of you who've entered the contest, donated prizes or just shared it around. It's been a really fun contest, and we were able to get 111 different entries! That's amazing. Thank you so incredibly much for that. I am sure you guys are excited to see the winners!
As promised, I have added some extra prizes. There's two 4. place winners who will receive 200

Also, this was for a contest and one of the rules stated to maintain character design so as much as i want to match the characters to their eements, i couldnt

You did a really nice job in the separation of each elemental character while still maintaining the togetherness of the entire piece. With the mediums you used, I think your technique was executed very well. You also did a nice job with the portrayal of the actual elements. I am mostly impressed with the water and fire. Those seem difficult for many people to pull off. The only thing I would suggest would be to try and match the characters to their element--Their characteristics don't seem to coordinate with their elements and it makes them a little bit confusing. However, this could be done intentionally and the characters don't necessarily have to be executed in that manner.

It was required in the contest to draw the character's clothes as is so, I cant really match them with their element. I only ended up as one of the honorable mentions but i'm glad since there were a lot of entries too.

This is a hard one to pull off! figuring out the borders and a way to express each element (I could tell before reading the title/caption!) I am in love with bright colors, and for someone who doesn't do them as often (as you say) you did a phenomenal job! I think the flow of this pieces is wonderful, and no one sticks out more than the other, it keeps your eye moving around the paper.. Wonderful job! Love all you work, not just this one! And thanks for the llama!

The people of the elements look BEYOND wonderful! I liked the fire element girl the most, but the rest of the people looked amazing as well. You did an incredible job on this. Your work is fantastic!

Woah! This is so lovely!! The way you split this in four yet made everything fade into one another is done in such a creative way! (And the guy at the top looks a lot like Allen hahaha xD dontcha think?) I especially like how you did the Earth girl. Your style works so well with plants and the like! ^^ incredible!!

Very interesting way that you do with the idea.
I'm planning on writing a fan fiction crossover that involves 4 different characters having control over water, fire, earth & air. Surprisingly, the very first group of people to have that power are of the same gender as these people in the drawing.
