Please don't kill me for being so late! If it helps, I actually drew this on the 13th, I just haven't submitted it until now. The drawing wasn't belated, I was just late in submitting it. Totally different. XD

Anyway... Happy Birthday sweetie!! I baked you a cake. I know you don't like cake, but cake is for birthdays, and so you get cake. Deal with it.

(While drawing this I just kept imagining that Karkat made the cake, because he heard somewhere that that is what you do for human birthdays, and now he is so confused that John isn't happy. "WHAT IS THAT SAD LOOK ON YOUR FACE. DIDN'T I DO IT RIGHT? ISN'T THIS WHAT YOU DO ON HUMAN 'BIRTHDAYS'??")
