By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following:
You will not willingly perform a chargeback against me, and if one occurs through means you're not aware of, you agree to do everything in your power to reverse it and reimburse me, if the payment is retracted. You are responsible for all actions regarding reversing a chargeback, including but not limited to: faxing affidavit forms, phoning your bank and card companies, phoning paypal, and providing evidence to prove the chargeback was unintentional.
You will receive a digital, nontangible product that will be sent to you as a JPG, PNG, or GIF via URL linking or as an attachment.
Full refunds are only allowed before I begin on your order. Once I've begun, refunds will no longer be available.
I have the right to cancel a commission at any time and for any reason. If I've not yet begun, you will receive your full money back. If I am already working on it, you will receive up to 50% of your original payment back or lower depending on how close the commission is to being finished.
You have read the rules on my website and understand your usage rights.
You understand that breaking any terms or rules may result in a client being blacklisted or blocked and their commission canceled.
You will be treated respectfully by the artist and you are expected to act the same. Being irritable, offensive, or in general unpleasant with me may result in a cancellation of a commission. I can't work with someone who makes my time uncomfortable or unappreciated.
You are allowed to change the details of your order however many times you wish before I begin working on it as long as it stays the same price. After this time, no more changes are permitted, besides limited minor edits.
You are allowed to request up to three edits to your order after your original description (ex: "Change eye color to blue", "Add more markings to the face", etc). Edits requested after this limit will result in a fee of $5 per extra request.
