Whelp the Inspector isn't wrong...Sher has done all of that stuff...and now the man literally went from stupid cop to rage cop....

UPDATE) Fixed it a bit with Sher not being somewhat in leadership power, but more so being in the high class rank of the town, the rich powerful type. People fear him with how much he can do with his power in money (yet is always up to steal more that's a power hungry bad guy for ya).

(OLD) Also from watching more of the show and seeing what Sher does, I am starting to think he is a DON as in a bad guy and not so much the leader of the town, yet that still doesn't seem to be the case either. He does have some power of the town with being rich, I mean the place he lives at literally towers over the rest of the buildings, so now instead of being the top leader like I originally thought, he is in of the levels of leadership (seeing how the town has ministers, so mostly likely there is a system of leaders/gov kind of thing). So Sher does have some power, but is not the actual top dictator kind of leader. So the law can still get his ass.

Also I really like drawing the Inspector's partner I don't know why I find him pretty cool even if he does so little
