(I'd like to learn...but it seems very difficult)

It is very easy! You could paint this with watercolor, or with photoshop, no problem! Have you ever done any of the coloring tutorials here on Deviantart, or on the internet? They show you how easy it is. Have you ever thought about letting other people color your line art? Maybe they could show you how they did it, too!

well, the expression, that's how I felt when I was drawing this...
I had troubles with the hair, erased quite a few lines... (I messed a little bit the paper, luckily with photoshop to clean the whole thing you can't see it)
I use different kinds of liners to do the lines (for example the copic multiliner or the sakura pigment micron)
