This is from a while ago. Chachamaru Karakuri from Mahou Sensei Negima. Specifically based on a frame from chapter 121. I can't remember how long ago this was, but it's been several months, at the least.

She's one of my favorite girls from Negima, the other being Kaede. Sometime I'll draw one of her and post it.

I also drew this in a really cheap notebook and used a really nice scanner to scan this, so that should explain the random faces you can see on the page.
