Important detail:
Normal Saiyan eyes are meant to be pure black, but she had gone through a manipulation with birth and her eyes turned dark blue instead. The manipulation happened when Gine was about to give birth to her and Chigo's power level rose to an unbelievable state when still inside the uterus of Gine, which almost killed her mother in the process. On the edge of life and death Gine successfully birthed the baby and with her first self mumbles and tiny breaths she opened her eyes. They gave out a beautiful bright glance, that caused the change in color. Right after the magical appearance she closed her eyes again and started to cry like the healthy child she was. Gine was filled with tears and joy, but couldn't bare to stand strong any longer, so she fell terribly ill and was left to recover from all the damage that was don
