Personality: Dandy can be a stallion of pure opposites. When he is with Kye, he is fiercely loyal and incredibly relaxed. In fact, he can often be found wandering through fields of wild flowers entirely unattached, just choosing to follow behind Kye. He can plod along through fields for hours with Kye sitting distractedly on his back and he never misses a step. Often times it appears as if he is truly off in a little fantasy world that only he and Kye belong to. He is equally as thrilled when Kye decides to go for a brisk gallop and can really charge along for such a thick horse. While he isn't a pretty jumper, he is brave and will make his best attempt while foxhunting. He also enjoys getting harnessed and driving his little cart around the Scottish fields he lives in.

However, for every ounce of carefree and gentle he is for Kye, Dandy is an absolute asshole for anyone else. Not dangerous really, but just generally rude. He uses his tank-like body to plow people over, drags his large head to the grass and refuses to consider other activities, and will occasionally go as far as nipping at people's legs when they try to lead him. Luckily for him, Kye never plans to sell him so he can count on gentle meanderings, carefree gallops, endless treats, and infinite love forever.

Training info: Dandy is trained using positive reinforcement only. He is clicker trained but does well without a clicker too. Kye is extremely dedicated to avoiding aversive training with Dandy and helping him succeed on his terms. Because of this, Dandy is allowed to eat grass while working and can choose not to work any time he chooses. Thankfully, he usually wishes to work with Kye.
