Here is my last drawings... i started it traditionally and then i worked on it with my wacom tablet.Hope you like it!

Lovely work, and definitely improvement from your older works. The skulls are slightly misshapen, but not too terribly to detract horribly from your work. The design of the skulls as a necklace for a Necromancer is interesting indeed.
The whole costume design, most of which is focused from the shoulders up, has a very creepy feel to it. I like the mix of the dreadlocks, the hair wrap, and the other hair accessories, like she brought it all together just so her hair would get out of her face--so she could better concentrate on her magics. I also like the asymmetry of the ear jewelry and her shoulder decoration.
She maintains beauty, yet definitely has more evil aspects (asymmetry has been said to be an artistic sign of an evil or demented character, whereas good is shown by innocent, symmetrical beauty.)
All told, my only real complain is the shape on the skulls. The rest of the piece is well drawn, perhaps improved slightly by more in depth shading, but that is much more of a personal preference for me.

This is great. The monochrome works well for this subject, especially with the light glow behind her. She is beautiful and alluring while still being just a little spooky. I love the intensity of her expression, there's something dark and hypnotizing about her eyes and the cold stare. The skulls look amazing and greatly detailed, but they draw a lot of attention to that area and are kind of distracting because of their size. Her head is a little busy and I can't tell what's all going on up there but it works and I especially like the tree branches--very unique. Overall great and thanks for letting me critique.
