It's very cute, but also for some reason mature and elegant as well. I think it must be the eyelids and the slightly darker shade on them that make the eyes so appealing.
The colouring is done well. You mixed orange and yellow well to get the dress colour on Daisy right. Next time try to colour in several directions. Circles, cross hatch, straight lines (like you've done here) and curves. That will make the drawing more dynamic.
