from episode 158 of Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon Supers; Chibiusa and Usagi are hit with Palla Palla's reverse spell, and their ages are swapped.construction notes
~ wig by Beverly
~ shirt is from Urban Behavior; used my sailor collar and bow pattern, added the bias tape to the sleeves
~ the brooch is made of two hearts; one is a flat one made from a toy makeup set, and the other is a clear keychain piece.
~ suspenders and skirt were made without a pattern. i attached bias tape to the end of the skirt :3
~ red bias tape added to the socks, and i found the shoes from JcPenny's.
