Suisho is a loyal member to her squad, the organization as a whole, as a wife and is a loving mother. she can be seen just as easily, wearing a kido corps mask, practicing spells and taking down hollows, or pulling Jiyu down to her level and giving him a big hug, or showing her affection to her grandkids, or kissing her husband even if there are onlookers. she's not shy about showing her love to those she loves and sees no reason to hide it.
when on the job, she usually wears her mask, as most of the identities of the kido corps's members remain hidden. being one of the oldest members, having close to the most experience in the corps, she usually helps new recruits refine their kido techniques, or leads teams in hollow extermination missions or setting up kido barriers for special operations.
when Iwas was born, frail as he was, it was likely he was going to die. she and Unmei asked many others to help them and they came close to succeeding, but in the end it was thanks to her zanpaktou that all the defenses held and saved his life. though the one thing she regrets is that she had to give him one weakness. luckily she made it close to impossible to accomplish, but sometimes she still worries for her son's life.

Zanpaktou: 契約 - Keiyaku - Contract
in its sealed form, it takes the shape of a tanto
release phrase: "seal the deal; Keiyaku!"
in its shikai form, it takes the form of a notebook with kido symbols on them with a needle like pin in the hilt for writing

Ability:
Keiyaku cannot be used in combat. the needle can be used for stabbing, but it can easily get stuck in a hollow's skin or mask. but what it lacks in offensive power, it makes up for in making contracts for others. she can write pretty much anything for anyone. if they ask for something, she would need to write a condition and the asker would need to sign. but so long as all conditions are met, the contract will grant what was asked for.
example; the longer the signer goes without drawing their zanpaktou, the stronger their shikai will be. in contrast, the more the zanpaktou is wielded, the weaker the shikai will become.
these contracts can be ended, but only by her. as such, she can use these contracts as shields, as they can pretty much block anything.
she can make contracts as long and difficult to accomplish as she or the signer wants. the more complicated it is, the more power it yields, so long as all the terms are met. the shorter the contract is, the less power it yields.
the contract she uses to protect her son Iwa is five pages long, writing being on both sides of the page and signed by multiple people, though only she knows the one weakness he still has: a soul reaper's shikai being used by someone other than it's owner; this includes sending their spirit energy into the weapon.

Bankai: 契約の支持者 - Keiyaku no shiji-sha - Contract Backer
upon realese, thousands of pages fly out of her shikai, surrounding her in a tornado, before all these pages start burning, creating a tornado of flames. as the flames die down and ashes rain down, Suisho stands there with a spear like needle in her hands.

Ability:
the more contracts that are signed with her shikai, the more power she has in bankai. were she to have only one contract, her bankai would barely be stronger than a shikai. but having contracts with many soul reapers and residents of the soul society, her bankai allows her to go toe to toe with her husband when he wields all five of his shikai.
