with his flirting becoming more of a daily occurrence, with Nanao feeling his honesty on it, while not accepting his feelings, yet, she at least acts more openly friendly toward him. and him making her gifts with his power helps sweeten the deal.
of course, when the two of them are alone behind closed doors, Makeinu kicks his flirting up a notch, combining it with teasing as he likes to see her blush. but although he has come close, whispering seductively in her ear, he hasn't kissed her yet. not only does he want her permission, he would like her to initiate the kiss.
