design notes:
his wings are NOT optional and NO he cant fly, but he can slightly slide and fall kinda slowly
his nose and mouth often bleed ( his nose always bleeds )
his eyes are pitch black and cannot show reflection (he isnt blind and he can see just fine)
he has red paw pads
he has a small tail
his bowtie isnt optional
yes he does have nipples but their mutated and so are his wings
