It is Inktober again! Imma gonna try this challange again!Today's word is Poisonous! So I had to draw a snake. As much as I love snakes I haven't really drawn a lot of them. I found this photograph on Google Images. I had to do a little research but I found out that it is a bush viper. It had these really cool scales that kind of stick out from it's body. Beautiful and amazing looking animal.
Now I know I can't keep up this kind of detail every day. But I wanted to start this challange with a bang!
For anyone who doesn't know what Inktober is, it is a challange to draw one pen and ink picture every day of October. You can draw anything you like but there is a list of prompts if you want to use them.

I honestly haven't. I want to. I just haven't had the head for reading much lately. Working on writing my story (while I have gotten a little done) has been tough too. Not sure why.

I've found that often, when I feel like I don't want to read, it's actually because I'm reading a boring book. My mind, instead of saying "this book is boring" tells me, "I don't feel like reading."
It depends on what you'd want. Torfs and Elbas are the most likely recruited to pirate ships, but Klate will recruit Company species like Skallan, Humans, and Chix. Keep in mind this is 20 years after the Tupra War, so war crimes and being punished for not fighting in the war aren't as much of a thing.

Good question. I’d thought we could have them. Then again, Rover might not recognise Krys as human (or at least see her as something not from Earth) with those cybernetics.

Well, we haven't played much with her when she has a crew, plus, you're not in Chapter 7 of Hand of Steel, which is the only place her crew's mentioned. She mostly recruited Elbas, since that's what she was with during the war. That means Travis and his "friend" wouldn't see any humans. (Technically, Klate has a couple of normal-looking humans on his crew, but I don't have to mention that in an RP.)

Not really. This is actually the part I was looking forward to. Them all stuck in this unknown wilderness, knowing they are stuck out there for awhile and having to figure out what to do about it. I kind of kno whte things that need to happen to properly finish the chapter. But I can't seem to get back inside some of the characters heads.

Heh...well, they don't ALL have the same goal. The prisoners want to stay safe while Tevish wants to go back to the city and be rescued from these barbarians. But he is also afraid to leave them as they do provide him some protection from the creatures of the forest.

True. Try working on seeing if the differing goals can cause decent conflict. Conflict helps keep a story moving.
