Because I have a weird hate/love relationship with Twilight where I hate Eddie-kins and his helpless pokerface of a girlfriend and generally can't stand the fanbase, but tend to fangirl over certain characters.

I never really gave Leah any thought, but then again, I read those books years ago before I joined the femship boat. But trust me, if she looked like that.......
And I fully share your hate for the book's main characters; they turned my love for the story (if there ever was any) into white-hot hate. People goes around looking like they've got a stick up their ass are just generally not very lovable as MCs.
