Danny planned to give Sam the gold ring on Valentine day, so he took her to the highest building of the city.But then, they had an argument.

Okay. I'm going to be REALLY frank with you. Danny Phantom is not going to come back. Apparently, there were some bogus rumors about it returning, but that was only in regards to it being aired in re-runs on Nicktoons. And I don't even think they are doing that anymore.
Butch Hartman DID do a Danny Phantom drawing for the 10th Anniversay of the show and I saw one other relatively recent drawing he did, and he and Danny's voice actor both noticed some fanart someone right here on this site did, but it's not coming back.
I believe the show was only supposed to have three seasons to begin with anyway.
