My favorite is the second picture of the two characters in a Underground tunnel. It looks like the children's book writer who requested some illustration work got's a good eye for visuals.

The last one. I like the lighting. The hard light on the characters, how the light diffuses in further into the background, and the shadow on the building.

Hard choice. I think all of them work great as cover designs. Top right looks really interesting but my favorite is bottom right. The coloring and lighting is realy cool and with this creepy shadow I have the feeling that this picture is telling a story on it's own. But all of them look great. Maybe some of your other pictures will work better as covers as my favorite XD Especially when you need more space to put in a titel or some publishing infos.
