I can't believe I said something remotely positive about this.Cringe-Inducing Audio: 3 (Inserting a bunch of pop culture music that doesn't fit in this film.)

Lackluster Writing: 8 (They didn't care about the writing. They cared more about the product placement.)
Annoyance: 4 (Most of the main characters are either annoying or generic.)
Disturbing Content: 0
Unnecessary Cruelty: 0
Rancid Morals: 6 (The moral of "express yourself" does not work with a movie that revolves around one-dimensional characters and emojis.)
Low Production Values: 1 (The animation can be cheap sometimes and just eye candy at other times.)

That, and the idea of building a world out of the inner workings of a smartphone does sound like a pretty cool idea. Even if the concept itself has been done before.
