Persona x APH crossover!I think America's persona would be Pecos Bill and maybe the fool arcana.
For those who are not familiar with it, the Shin Megami Tensei: Persona series involve the characters summoning "Persona", which are usually mythical/legendary people or monsters (ex: Orpheus, Thanatos, Succubus, etc). These "persona" would represent the characters' traits.
The story of Pecos Bill and Slue-foot Sue seems tragic and sorta familar to Orpheus's story. (which is why the fool arcana might suit him)
And Pecos Bill's death is actually interesting. Apparently he died laughing too much(?)
To me alot of Pecos Bill's traits really resemble America haha. Which is why he seems like a perfect candidate if America had a persona.

Please make more of these. This has so much potential. You can make Japan be Nobunaga or Germany be Einstein (since both are considered to be crazy/eccentric, their personas should be similar in that regard)

Thank you thank you sooooo much I have for the longest time though of a persona for the fool Arcana starting out with either Pecos Bill or Coyote. Also if any of y'all out there are Fate fans I also love the idea of Ol' Pecos getting summoned as a rider class with his noble phatasms being the snake he used as a lasso and the tornado he rode. Wow I just realized I just let my Texan show for a minute there huh?

I LOVE PERSONA! And by crossing it with Hetalia you just made me love both fandoms that much more.
Pecos Bill eh? I remember him from elementary school when my teacher was going over tall tales! xD
Does he have multiple personas or only one? Cause if he did I'm sure one of them would totally be Lightning, his horse.
Maybe a Navy persona and Pilot as well? After all he is the father of flight lol. (*cough* And a nuclear engineer *cough*)
I love it, the design is amazing. 
If Pecos Bill is his persona, does that mean Jesse James is his shadow? I mean despite popular portrayals of James as a kind of Robin Hood, robbing from the rich and giving to the poor, there is no evidence that he and his gang used their robbery gains for anyone but themselves. It could be parallel to the fact that Alfred wants to be a hero and protect everyone, but that isn't his only motives. Inside he also wants the recognition of being independent and able to save others and wants to bask in the glory and gratitude of others, giving him a hero complex and rather vain outlook on life, even though all he really wanted to do was help people. He lets the praise and power gets to his head, and in the end he accepts that his definition of a hero is not what a true hero is at all. It isn't some fictional character going in the save the day, and there's no such thing as a clear cut hero and villain. He learns that:

World peace? Justice? Noble goals for the stereotypical hero, depending on ones perspective, the justice of an anti-hero is seen immorally wrong by the eyes on another. You can debate, argue, but in the end one thing stays the same. An anti-hero is still a hero. Examples can be seen in literature/mangas: Lelouch taught about peace, and what it takes to grasp it, what you may have to become, and the lines that blur. Light and L taught about Justice, and what the line of it is. There is no black and white like in the comic books, there are only shades of gray and blood red. In the end America's definition of a hero changes as he accepts his true self, and then Peco Bill appears~
