here's what I thought of for her ;3;

Well... let's start with... gender : a girl !
p obvious how this was done pff-- I don't make a lot of female characters ;v;

Kitsunemimi ;v;;
gave her fox ears and tail uwu (though I changed the colour to match her hair/outfit more)

it doesn't show a whole lot on the sketch but she is--

half up half down kinda hairstyle (if that makes sense owo)
i hope this was what you meant-- =v=; it matched with the outfit, so I gave her a hair bow uwu

Stars?
put a star pattern on her dress/bow, and her limbs are sparkly ;0

May a sexy/cherry lolita style for clothing? uwu
as she was gonna be kinda cute I just went with 'lolita' =w=;;;; I did search tbh but I couldn't find any outfits I wanted to reference ;3;

main color of hair eyes clothes etc.: blue-ish?
her colour palette is mainly blue w some white (mostly dark blue but there's probably some lighter ones too) - ik I didn't colour it but I still decided most colours //even if i didn't note all of em down oops/

limbs dont even exist for them
I wanted her to be able to do tsundere poses and stuff so I kinda bent this one =w=; her arms/legs aren't attached to her body - and they're kinda transparent. Originally they were gonna be like,, made of gas or smth, but I wanted her to wear socks pfff-- //maybe they are when she takes the socks off-- lmao/

I'm p sure this isn't what anyone was expecting, but she was fun to make regardless ;3;; thanks for the suggestions, and apologies to those that I didn't 100% follow pff =w=;;
