EDIT: I made a few notable edits to the sprite. Overall, I like this one better.
TIER 4 SHAYLA (Derived from Shaymin)

Shayla is a native of a tropical island in the Shinetto Islands. She attended Windleaf Academy, and started her journey with a Budew.

Shayla is a wild child by heart, and loves to explore forests and jungles. But her favorite thing to do is to just sit back near the ocean and sip a pina colada.

Shayla chose grass type Pokemon as her type, because when she was younger she met a Shaymin with a broken leg. She nursed this Shaymin back to health and gave it a gracedia flower so it could fly away. The Shaymin promised her that someday they would reunite.
