I'm having trouble doing an scape rope, any tip?

That one would be tricky. Try resizing the escape rope to the proper size you want it in game and recreate it using the ellipse and pencil tool so it's cleaner. That's what I would do

I used kymotonians pokeball as a base for mine and just copied the shadow. I might multiply it by two to show off the details.
